Tips and Techniques to Make Your Best Data-Driven Decisions

Cody Steele

While Cody did plenty of math and statistics coursework getting his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, it was an experience challenging the evaluation of 3rd and 4th grade students with a reading assessment for kindergarten students that made him passionate about collecting the right data to make good decisions. Cody finished his master’s degree in Statistics at the University of Tennessee and has been helping drive out the fear that keeps people from engaging with data ever since. From nuclear safety to labor relations, Cody has always liked to see how communicating the right results helps improve life. Working in Information Development at Minitab puts gives Cody the opportunity to help more people understand and communicate the results that matter.
