Dr. Joseph Yose is an Analytics Consultant at Minitab Ltd and is heavily involved in delivering training for Minitab customers. He has over twenty years of experience ranging from academia to industry which includes financial, R&D, and manufacturing. Joe is passionate in assisting and equipping non-experts in swiftly assembling analytics data sets that provide business units with pragmatic and actionable insights. Complex networks and the application of machine learning, statistical and mathematical techniques to solve real-world problems are among his main interests. He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Coventry University.

Nick Jones is a Solution Architect at Minitab Ltd. During a long career at Minitab, Nick has helped people to solve problems using Minitab solutions, starting in the Technical Support team before moving into the Training team. Now working to support customers across the UK, Ireland and BENELUX, Nick has a particular interest in process improvement and automation.
