Jennifer leads Minitab’s Software Development and Product Management organizations, guiding the teams that design, build, and deliver the company’s innovative analytics solutions. She was instrumental in establishing and expanding Minitab’s Product Management Group, embedding customer needs into the company’s strategy, and ensuring Minitab delivers products that anticipate and shape market demand. Jennifer has played a pivotal role in expanding Minitab’s product portfolio—driving the development of new solutions, evolving core offerings, and ensuring seamless integration across the platform. Her leadership has strengthened Minitab’s position as the market leader in statistical and analytics software and continues to fuel the company’s growth as it innovates for the future. Jennifer’s unique background—having taught, used, and helped develop Minitab solutions—enables her to bring both technical depth and customer insight to her work. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Statistics from Penn State and a BS in Statistics from Virginia Tech.
