He spent over 20 years at InfinityQS as Director of International Services, working globally with manufacturing facilities to enhance processes, deliver SPC training, and design tailored SPC systems. Currently, he is the Real-time SPC Product Manager at Minitab, where he continues to drive innovation and help organizations improve quality and efficiency using advanced statistical methods.
