業界分析によると、中規模から大規模の表面実装技術（SMT）生産ラインにおける**ダウンタイムの平均コスト**は、次のとおりです。

**1時間あたり500〜2,000ドル** 

ダウンタイムとは、機械のアイドル時間だけではありません。これには以下が含まれます。

- 働力の遊休状態

- スループット目標の未達
