### **Minitab 中的二元逻辑回归**

在分析数据后，我们获得了许多见解。其中一项尤为突出：

**咨询费的显著影响**：分析显示，咨询费与客户保留率之间存在统计上显著的正相关关系，p 值为 0.012。虽然这一结果最初令人惊讶，但数据表明，更高的咨询费用与客户选择留在公司的可能性增加有关，这表明所提供的咨询服务具有感知价值。

管理费和交易费对客户保留率都没有统计意义上的显著影响。

此外，我们还使用 Minitab 生成关注保留状态的二元拟合线图：

图形顶部的蓝色数据点显示保留的客户，而底部的点表示流失的客户。我们现在可以直观地看到，一般来说，随着咨询费的增加，买进和保留率也提高。

## **后续步骤和改进**

组织现在可以使用这些数据做出明智的决策。例如，如果目标是将保留率同比提高到 95%，咨询费可以设置为 0.9% 或更高。这种方法不仅提高客户满意度，还促进持续的过程改进，确保服务符合客户期望，并为整体业务成功做出贡献。而且，在这种情况下，它可以帮助防止错误，例如削减对利润产生负面影响的咨询费。

展望未来，专注于数据以改进过程可以帮助组织提高保留率，并随着时间的推移为客户提供更好的价值。
