整体设备效率堪称生产车间首屈一指的关键绩效指标。该指标用于衡量制造设备在计划运行期间，其实际利用率相较于全部潜能的发挥程度。因此，它能从独特视角揭示制造运营的产能水平与运行效能。
## **OEE 背后的数学**
整体设备效率(OEE)通常采用以下公式计算：
OEE = 可用性 X 性能 X 质量。
因此，100% 的 OEE 将是 不间断 运行、 以 最大 速度 运行 且仅生产优质产品的机器的理论参考点。
## **OEE 的组成部分**
可用性是指 正常运行时间。 它定义了设备可用于运行的计划时间的百分比。 具体而言，若机器预期运行 7 小时，其 100% 可用性即指设备运行这 7 小时——计划内的停机不会计入设备性能损耗。像 Scytec DataXchange 这类专业的 OEE 软件与基于机器的软件之间的关键区别之一在于：OEE 软件能够考虑生产运行周期内的停机情况。 换言之，若一个班次为 7 小时，但每班需更换一次工具，只有 Scytec DataXchange 会将其记录为计划内停机；而依赖电压监测运行状态的软件则会将其误判为故障停机，从而不公平地拉低您的 OEE 得分。
性能 是指机器速度占 最大 速度的百分比。 理论上，如果机器的运行速度低于其应有的速度，那么输出就会减少，与本应产生的结果相比，会出现“性能损失”。 OEE 专用软件与简单监控的一个核心区别在于：OEE 软件会记录主动降低设备转速的情况，而简单监控则无法在您的 OEE分中对此进行有效考量。
质量指的是生产的“合格”单位数量占生产总单位数量的百分比。质量通常被称为首次通过率、首次合格率或生产良率。 从逻辑上讲， 任何不符合质量标准的产品都 被视为 浪费 ，即质量损失。
